Temporary closure for renovation

The Flocons de Sel restaurant has temporarily closed its doors for renovation work that will last until the end of 2025. The restaurant closed on 1 September 2024 and is due to reopen on 1 September 2024. the second half of 2025.

Ephemeral gastronomic table in the heart of Megève

In anticipation of the reopening, Emmanuel Renaut opened his 3-star Michelin gastronomic restaurant in Flocons Village, in the heart of Megève, on 12 June 2025. This temporary installation allows him to return to where it all began over 25 years ago, offering an experience of haute gastronomy in an intimate setting with strong emotional resonance.

Current working hours and availability

The Emmanuel Renaut gourmet restaurant is open in the evening only from Thursday to Monday until Monday 20 October 2025.

New additional addresses

During this period of renovation, Emmanuel Renaut will continue to welcome its customers in :

  • The Priory The new bistro restaurant in Megève, open Thursday to Monday for lunch and dinner.
  • The larder Delicatessen and bakery open 7 days a week.
  • The Auberge du Bois Prin in Chamonix.

This period of renovation marks an important milestone for the Relais & Châteaux establishment, enabling Emmanuel Renaut to modernise its facilities while maintaining its gastronomic excellence in a temporary setting in the heart of the village of Megève.

"You, the new rising star

Among the remarkable new features of the Michelin Guide 2025, the restaurant You from Julien Gatillon and Jean Pastre has been awarded its first star. This recognition crowns an innovative culinary approach that further enriches the Megevan gastronomic landscape, confirming the dynamism and excellence of the local culinary scene.

Unique concept and format

The restaurant is housed in an elegant chalet in the centre of Megève with an original concept: around a 14-seat counterJean Pastre, the young chef, with the help of Julien Gatillon, creates a modern, clear and meticulous cuisine right before your eyes.

Julien Gatillon's expansion

With the opening of VOUS et ANATA, Julien Gatillon now has three restaurants in Megève. The chef, who trained with Benoît Violier and Yannick Allénois developing its culinary concept at several locations:

  • WE : Its original restaurant offering a tailor-made gastronomic experience.
  • YOU : His new Michelin-starred restaurant has a similar culinary approach to NOUS, with a focus on carefully sourced ingredients.
  • ANATA Located in a mezzanine above the YOU restaurant, it offers the experience of a traditional Japanese counter.

Cuisine and specialities

Products from Savoie and further afield shine in dishes that are straightforward and well-balanced: Arctic char with watercress and caviar, langoustine with saffron, free-range veal and celery confit.
